제1조 (목적) / Article 1 – Purpose

본 약관은 인공지능마케팅랩(이하 "운영자")가 제공하는 블로그 분석 AI(이하 "서비스") 이용과 관련한 운영자와 이용자 간의 권리·의무·책임 사항을 규정함을 목적으로 합니다.

These Terms govern the rights, obligations, and responsibilities between 인공지능마케팅랩 ("Operator") and users in relation to 블로그 분석 AI ("Service").

제2조 (서비스 내용) / Article 2 – Service Description

서비스는 다음 기능을 제공합니다.

  1. 키워드 기반 네이버 블로그 크롤링 및 SEO 지표 분석
  2. 분석 데이터를 기반으로 한 AI 포스트 자동 생성
  3. 생성 포스트의 미리보기, HTML 저장 및 이력 관리
  4. 네이버 블로그, 구글 블로그(Blogger), 워드프레스 등 외부 플랫폼 발행 연동

The Service provides:

  1. Keyword-based Naver blog crawling and SEO metric analysis
  2. AI-powered automatic post generation from analysis data
  3. Post preview, HTML export, and history management
  4. Publishing integration with Naver Blog, Google Blogger, WordPress, and more

제3조 (회원 의무) / Article 3 – User Obligations

  1. 이용자는 서비스를 법령과 본 약관에 따라 이용해야 합니다.
  2. 이용자는 자신의 계정 정보(아이디·비밀번호, 연동 토큰)를 안전하게 관리해야 합니다.
  3. 이용자는 타인의 권리를 침해하거나 서비스의 정상 운영을 방해하는 행위를 해서는 안 됩니다.
  4. 이용자는 서비스를 스팸·홍보성 콘텐츠 대량 생산·발행에 악용해서는 안 됩니다.
  1. Users must use the Service in compliance with applicable laws and these Terms.
  2. Users are responsible for safeguarding their account credentials and OAuth tokens.
  3. Users must not infringe on others' rights or interfere with the normal operation of the Service.
  4. Users must not exploit the Service for mass production or publication of spam content.

제4조 (AI 생성물 책임) / Article 4 – Responsibility for AI-Generated Content

서비스가 생성하는 포스트는 AI 모델에 의해 자동 생성됩니다. 이용자는 생성된 포스트를 발행하기 전에 내용의 정확성·적법성을 검토할 책임을 집니다. AI 생성물에 포함될 수 있는 사실 오류, 저작권 침해, 명예훼손 등의 최종 책임은 발행을 지시한 이용자에게 있으며, 운영자는 법적 책임을 부담하지 않습니다.

Posts generated by the Service are created by AI models. Users are responsible for reviewing accuracy and legality before publishing. Final responsibility for factual errors, copyright infringement, or defamation in AI-generated content rests with the user who directs publication; the Operator bears no legal liability.

제5조 (타인 저작물 복제 금지) / Article 5 – Prohibition on Copying Third-Party Content

서비스의 분석 기능은 공개된 블로그 정보를 통계적으로 활용합니다. 이용자는 타인의 저작물을 무단으로 복제·배포하는 목적으로 서비스를 이용해서는 안 되며, 이로 인한 저작권 분쟁의 책임은 이용자에게 있습니다.

The analysis function uses publicly available blog data for statistical purposes. Users must not use the Service to reproduce or distribute others' copyrighted works without authorization. Users bear sole responsibility for any resulting copyright disputes.

제6조 (외부 플랫폼 정책 준수) / Article 6 – Compliance with External Platform Policies

이용자는 네이버 블로그·Google Blogger·워드프레스 등 외부 플랫폼에 콘텐츠를 발행할 때 해당 플랫폼의 이용약관 및 운영 정책을 준수할 책임을 집니다. 플랫폼 정책 위반으로 인한 계정 제재·콘텐츠 삭제 등의 결과에 대해 운영자는 책임을 지지 않습니다.

When publishing content to external platforms such as Naver Blog, Google Blogger, or WordPress, users are responsible for complying with each platform's terms and policies. The Operator is not liable for account sanctions or content removal resulting from platform policy violations.

제7조 (서비스 변경·중단) / Article 7 – Service Changes & Interruption

운영자는 서비스 개선, 기술적 사유, 또는 사업상 필요에 의해 서비스 내용을 변경하거나 중단할 수 있습니다. 서비스 중단 시 30일 이상 전에 공지하는 것을 원칙으로 하나, 긴급한 기술적 사유가 있는 경우 예외로 합니다.

The Operator may modify or discontinue the Service for improvement, technical, or business reasons. Discontinuation will generally be announced at least 30 days in advance, except in cases of urgent technical necessity.

제8조 (면책) / Article 8 – Disclaimer

  1. 운영자는 천재지변, 해킹, 통신 장애 등 불가항력으로 인한 서비스 중단에 대해 책임을 지지 않습니다.
  2. 이용자 과실로 인한 계정 탈취·데이터 손실에 대해 운영자는 책임을 지지 않습니다.
  3. 서비스를 통해 생성·발행된 콘텐츠의 품질·적법성에 대한 보증을 제공하지 않습니다.
  4. 외부 AI API(Anthropic Claude 등) 정책 변경으로 인한 서비스 변경에 대해 운영자는 책임을 지지 않습니다.
  1. The Operator is not liable for service interruptions caused by force majeure such as natural disasters, hacking, or network failures.
  2. The Operator is not liable for account takeovers or data loss caused by user negligence.
  3. No warranty is provided regarding the quality or legality of content generated or published via the Service.
  4. The Operator is not responsible for service changes caused by policy changes of external AI APIs (e.g., Anthropic Claude).

제9조 (분쟁 해결) / Article 9 – Dispute Resolution

서비스 이용과 관련한 분쟁은 운영자와 이용자가 상호 협의하여 해결하는 것을 원칙으로 합니다. 협의가 이루어지지 않을 경우 운영자 소재지를 관할하는 법원을 제1심 법원으로 합니다. 준거법은 대한민국 법률을 적용합니다.

Disputes shall first be resolved through mutual consultation. If no agreement is reached, the court with jurisdiction over the Operator's location shall serve as the court of first instance. Governing law: Republic of Korea.

제10조 (약관의 변경) / Article 10 – Amendments

본 약관을 변경할 경우 시행 7일 전 서비스 공지를 통해 고지합니다. 변경 후에도 서비스를 계속 이용하면 변경된 약관에 동의한 것으로 간주합니다.

Any amendments to these Terms will be announced at least 7 days before taking effect. Continued use of the Service after the effective date constitutes acceptance of the amended Terms.
