1. 총칙 / General Provisions
인공지능마케팅랩(이하 "운영자")는 블로그 분석 AI(이하 "서비스") 이용자의 개인정보를 중요하게 여기며, 「개인정보 보호법」 등 관련 법령을 준수합니다. 본 방침은 서비스가 수집·이용·보관·파기하는 개인정보의 처리 방식을 규정합니다.
인공지능마케팅랩 ("Operator") values the personal information of users of 블로그 분석 AI ("Service") and complies with applicable laws including the Personal Information Protection Act. This Policy governs how the Service collects, uses, retains, and destroys personal information.

3. 이용 목적 / Purpose of Use
- 서비스 제공 및 계정 관리
- 블로그 분석 결과 저장 및 이력 관리
- AI 포스트 생성 결과 저장
- Blogger 블로그 발행 (사용자 요청 시에 한함)
- 서비스 품질 개선 및 보안 유지
- Service provision and account management

- Publishing to Blogger (only upon explicit user request)

4. 보유 및 파기 / Retention & Destruction
회원 정보는 서비스 이용 기간 동안 보유하며, 회원 탈퇴 또는 연동 해제 요청 시 지체 없이 파기합니다. 법령에서 보유를 요구하는 경우 해당 기간 동안 별도 보관합니다.
User data is retained for the duration of service use and destroyed without delay upon account deletion or disconnection request. Data required to be retained by law is stored separately for the legally mandated period. Electronic files are permanently deleted using non-recoverable methods.
5. 제3자 제공 / Third-Party Disclosure
운영자는 이용자의 개인정보를 원칙적으로 제3자에게 제공하지 않습니다. 다만, 이용자의 동의가 있거나 법령에 의한 경우는 예외입니다.
The Operator does not, in principle, provide users' personal information to third parties, except with the user's consent or as required by law.

7. 이용자의 권리 / User Rights
이용자는 언제든지 개인정보 열람·정정·삭제·처리 정지를 요청할 수 있습니다. 이메일(huntak@mail.aiasaas.com) 요청 시 5영업일 이내 처리합니다.
Users may request access, correction, deletion, or suspension of their personal data at any time. Requests submitted to huntak@mail.aiasaas.com will be processed within 5 business days.
8. 쿠키 정책 / Cookie Policy
서비스는 로그인 세션 유지를 위한 필수 쿠키만 사용합니다. 브라우저 설정에서 쿠키를 비활성화할 수 있으나, 로그인 기능이 제한될 수 있습니다.
The Service uses only essential cookies to maintain login sessions. Disabling cookies in your browser may limit login functionality.

이용자가 지시한 포스트를 이용자 본인의 Blogger 블로그에 게시 또는 수정하기 위해서만 사용됩니다. 이용자의 명시적 요청 없이 어떠한 게시물도 작성·수정·삭제하지 않습니다.
Used exclusively to publish or edit posts on the user's own Blogger blog as directed by the user. No posts are created, modified, or deleted without the user's explicit request.
데이터 저장 및 보안 / Storage & Security
OAuth 액세스 토큰 및 리프레시 토큰은 서버에 저장됩니다. 이용자가 연동 해제 요청 시 모든 토큰이 즉시 폐기(revoke)되고 서버에서 삭제됩니다.
OAuth access and refresh tokens are stored on the server. Upon disconnection, all tokens are immediately revoked and deleted from the server.
데이터 공유 및 학습 금지 / No Sharing or Training
Google에서 수신한 사용자 데이터는 제3자에게 판매·공유·광고 목적으로 이전하지 않으며, AI 모델 학습에 사용하지 않습니다.
Data received from Google is never sold, shared for advertising purposes, or used to train AI models.
연동 해제 방법 / How to Revoke Access
- 서비스 내 [설정 → Google 연동 해제] 버튼
- Google 계정 보안 페이지: myaccount.google.com/permissions
- In-app: [Settings → Disconnect Google] button
- Google Account: myaccount.google.com/permissions
"Blog Analysis AI's use and transfer to any other app of information received from Google APIs will adhere to the Google API Services User Data Policy, including the Limited Use requirements."

본 방침이 변경될 경우 시행 7일 전 서비스 공지사항을 통해 고지합니다.
Any changes to this Policy will be announced via the service notice board at least 7 days prior to the effective date.
